Physical Fitness

Focus on components of your physical fitness: cardio-respiratory endurance, muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility and body composition and why they are important.

We will shape tin foil into a bowl shape and use sugar, sand, and rock salt mixed with glue and food coloring to achieve a sparkly geode looking craft.
