STEM Family Fun Lab - Plastic from Milk

It's STEM Family Fun Lab Day.  In this activity, you will make casein plastic out of hot milk and vinegar.  This program is designed to teach participants about the chemical properties of milk and how it can be transformed into a biodegradable plastic using a simple acid-base reaction. This hands-on activity combines elements of chemistry and environmental science, providing an engaging educational experience.
