Focus on components of your physical fitness: cardio-respiratory endurance, muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility and body composition and why they are important.Event Details
Please bring a shirt, preferably, white and a partner. We will then paint each others arms with a color of their choosing and HUG each other leaving a lasting print for years to come.
