Meet local author David Petete at the library! 

Join us at the McAlester Public Library on Tuesday, April 15th, at 5pm as we welcome David Petete! 

David will be reading from his book, "As I Saw It", which shares his experiences working at the historic Okla Theatre. This is a must-attend event for history buffs, theatre lovers, and anyone who cherishes McAlester’s rich cultural past.

 All proceeds from book sales will go toward the Okla Theatre rehab project, helping to restore this beloved landmark!
