Join your friends at The Coal County Library for some sensational sensory fun. Enjoy our different sensory stations and make your very own sensory bottle to take take home. 

Get ready to spin your way into creativity with this high-energy art class! Using the power of motion, we’ll explore centrifugal force to create one-of-a-kind splatter and spin art masterpieces.

Join us as we explore the vibrant world of illustrator Sally Payne! We'll read some of her books and then create our own characters inspired by her stories.

Unwind and get creative with the calming art of mandalas! In this hands-on craft program, teens will create their own beautiful mandalas using a variety of colors.

SAIL (Staying Active and Independent for Life), is a an exercise program developed by the OU Health Sciences Center to help promote long and active lives for individuals.

 A large canvas will be set up outside with painters tarp laid down.

If you like to crochet, sew, quilt, do needlework and etc. come down to the library for 2 hours of fun and fellowship.   If you don't know how, come on down anyway, and they can teach you.

Are you ready to dive into a beachy sensory storytime experience?! Sun, Sand & Stories is an interactive program designed for children of all abilities.

Discover the fun of yarn art!  Simply choose a design (or create your own!) and cover it with colorful yarn.  This artform is also known as "Huichol," which is a traditional art done by the indigenous people of Mexico.

ESports at the Coal County Library!

Discover the dazzling world of geodes and crystals! In this fun, hands-on program, participants will learn how geodes are formed in nature—and then create their very own sparkling crystal geode using simple materials.

Join us for a variety of board games, card games, and party games. Enjoy classic favorites like Yahtzee and Uno, along with new interactive games that promise fun and laughter.

Let your imagination run wild in a fun and interactive program where children dive into the world of creativity! From painting and drawing to crafting and sculpture, kids will explore different art techniques while expressing their unique ideas.

Come and join other teens for an hour  of x-box 360 games.  Several other games are available to play as well.  Each week a different game.
