Week Calendar

Toddler Tales will be for children aged birth to 5 years of age.  During this time, we will sing, play and read stories to help promote a love of reading and practice those gross and fine motor skills necessary for this age group to develop.&

Join us for an hour of moving and grooving with a little mingle in the middle.  Tuesday and Thursday are exercise days at the library.  Come on down to the library and join us.  Everyone is welcome and all ages are invited. 

Each Wednesday Miss Sherri has storyhour for Tykes.  She reads a different story each week and kids will enjoy a song and dance or other entertainment.  Snacks are provided.  Come and join us!

If you like to crochet, sew, quilt, do needlework and etc. come down to the library for 2 hours of fun and fellowship.   If you don't know how come on down anyway and they can teach you.  

We color every Thursday afternoon.  Come and join us.  We have everything you need to color.  We even furnish a picture.  Come and visit while you color.  Sure to be a fun time at the library.

Bring your technical questions to Becky on Thursdays from 2-4pm.  Becky will assist you answering questions about your digital devices.  She can demonstrate how to use your device and help you get it set up if needed.

Teens can decorate their own cake.  Everyone will get a Styrofoam circle and you just decorate it like you would a cake.  Who will have the best dressed cake?  Come to the library and try you hand at decorating.   

The Children's Art and Crafts Programs at the library offer young participants an inspiring and imaginative space to explore their creativity.

Everyone this month will be treated to making Canning Ring Flowers.  You will use canning rings, fabric and skewers.  . This will be an easy craft for all to make.  Come join us.  A fun event for all ages.

Come and join other teens for an hour  of x-box 360 games.  Several other games are available to play as well.  Each week a different game.  Board games available too.  Bring your own game.  Snacks will be provided.

During this program, we are going to be experimenting how chemicals can change the surface tension of milk.  Bring your inquisitive minds and readiness to explore this topic together. 

Come and join us at the Creation Station.  Each week children will enjoy different crafts and other activities as well as a snack.  This weeks kids will be making a Cubist Shamrock.  This will be a project for St. Patrick's Day.
