Sweating with the Oldies, originally SAIL (Staying Active and Independent for Life), is a an exercise program developed by the OU Health Sciences Center to help promote long and active lives for individuals.  The program provides a combination of aerobic, balance, strength and stretching exercises that can be completed either standing or seated.  Participants who regularly attend these sessions have seen improvements in their balance and strength over the course of their enrollment when regularly attending classes.  Dress in comfortable attire and athletic shoes must be worn, no sandals or flip-flops allowed.  You are welcome to bring your own weights for added resistance.  If attending for the first time, please arrive early to complete required paperwork.  Any questions about the program can be asked at the circulation counter or call 866-218-6582.
