Hey teens! Come hang out with The Odd Squad at the library for a fantastic social time on Friday at 4pm! Meet new friends, share laughs, and enjoy a variety of activities designed just for you.

This is a STEM program and teens are invited to come and make Bee Hotels.  This will be a fun project so come check us out.  This will be a Teen Summer Reading Program.

Unleash your creativity with a unique painting experience! In this kick off teen art project, we’ll start by dripping paint onto the canvas, then use brushes to transform the drops into expressive designs, patterns, or even a full picture.

Get ready to put your creativity and problem-solving skills to the test! In this fun and interactive activity, participants will use marshmallows and straws to build amazing structures.

It's a partner portrait painting party! Nerd Herd is a teen program designed for teens to attend independently. Please speak to a librarian if you need accommodations.

The library will be having another STEM program for Summer Reading.  Come on out to the library and join us.  Today it is all about Mosaic Madness

Explore the colorful world where art meets science! In this hands-on program, participants will experiment with watercolor paints and salt to create stunning, one-of-a-kind prints.

Join us to create light-up greeting cards while exploring the basics of circuitry!

We will shape tin foil into a bowl shape and use sugar, sand, and rock salt mixed with glue and food coloring to achieve a sparkly geode looking craft.

The Library is starting a Chess Club.  Come on out and join us for our first outing.  If you know how to play chess test your skills at the library.  If you want to learn how to play come on down too.

Artistic Odyssey: Join the Sarah and the Coal County Library as she leads guests on a challenging art program you can share with your friends. Teens

Join us for this month’s Teen Craft Circle, where we’ll be creating dazzling temporary tattoos! Teens will design and apply their own shimmering, skin-safe tattoos using special temporary tattoo paper, glitter, and metallic accents.
